Consultation:

Determining the scope and needs of every project is our initial goal on all projects.  Designers work with a team of owners, architects, consultants and management to establish an aesthetic and functional conceptual design working within the existing conditions or constraints.

Market Research:

Site visits, community research, and demographic studies aid designers in creating a concept designed to appeal to all parties in the surrounding areas.  This research aids in the development of the design concept which is fulfilled through the interior specifications and furnishings.

Interior Specifications:

Designers select interior finishes and fixtures to best highlight the architectural elements of each project.  Selections are illustrated in interior design drawings.  Interior design drawings include flooring and furniture plans, electrical additions, elevations of design elements, and a complete finish schedule; these become a vital part of the construction documents.

Furnishing Presentation:

Drawing off the interior finishes, the designers craft a furnishings plan with the most innovative furniture, task lighting, window treatments, artwork and accessories.  All furnishing will meet or exceed all state and local building codes.

JBR Design will oversee the purchasing and tracking of all goods contracted for the interior furnishing of all projects.  Our controller watches over all orders and shipping to ensure all items arrive in good condition and remain in budget.
